Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 72 hours to process your order.  We will send an email to let you know when your order is on its way.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.
Orders ship USPS ground. We do offer an express shipping option at check out for an additional fee.

FREE SHIPPING:
We do offer free shipping for orders over $65.00 and those orders will ship USPS Ground.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at stitchhammerstudio@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
