Rustic and southwest style, wool and waxed canvas tote bag. This bag is handmade using waxed canvas for the exterior, featuring a blanket weight wool front pocket. The front features two pockets made from wool and the back features two pockets made from waxed canvas. The bottom is reinforced with an extra layer for waxed canvas. The interior includes one large zipper pocket. No detail is missed with the genuine leather handles and details, finished with brass accents. This bag is handmade by us in the our studio in Minnesota.
Why choose waxed canvas? This is the same material marine sails are made from and is highly durable and water resistant. Waxed canvas does patina over time and that is part of it's beauty. If you would like it back to the original look, that can be achieved with heat from a hair dryer. Please watch a YouTube video on how to restore your waxed canvas finish.
